Is it possible for 3 people with the same illness to have different symptoms?
My sister (who lives with me) had a mild fever and was vomiting.
A few days later, I had a mild fever, diarrhea, and no appetite.
Last night, my boyfriend a high fever.
Could these different sets of symptoms be from the same strain/illness?

yes. illnesses affect people differently.

Sounds like a flu virus. Yes you can have different symptoms. It will attack the weakest spot usually. Of course you could have all been exposed to different strains too.

It happens every day. People can have the same illness with different symptoms, and can have the same symptoms on the same day at the same time, and have completely different illnesses.

As u mention i think u r suffering from viral fever u got this from your sis and same way your boyfriend fell sick. You immidiatly goto dr. for better treatment.
