How can I know if I have stomach ulcers or pancreatitis? How are the symptoms different?
I have pain in my upper abdomen and it feels like eating aggravates it. The pain can get so severe that it makes me vomit and I also have diarrhea. This has been going on for about 3 days now.

You should go to the hospital. Both conditions can be extremely serious. They can do blood tests, also an ultrasound can be used for pancreatitis. They might do an endoscopy as well. But I really would go to the nearest ER if you think you might have either of those. I don’t know that you’d be able to tell the difference yourself anyway.
